Your new company
For our client, an international IT Hub based in Katowice, we are currently seeking a SAP & Salesforce Deployment Lead. In this role, you will contribute to a major digital transformation initiative, supporting the rollout and implementation of an integrated Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA template across multiple countries. We are looking for a Project Manager capable of leading IT delivery from rollout preparation through to a successful go‑live, working closely with the business transformation program and end‑to‑end IT teams.
Your new role
- Lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team, managing operations in a dynamic, international environment.
- Drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce across global Sales & Service locations, following a centrally defined integrated template.
- Collaborate with consultants to present innovative processes and system functionalities to business stakeholders, identify gaps, and guide the team toward a successful go‑live.
- Identify required resources and coordinate with expert teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Plan and oversee data migration activities in close cooperation with process teams.
- Work alongside parallel rollout teams, internal consultants from various functional areas, and external implementation partners within a classically managed project structure.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including program and change management teams, and report directly to program leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA ERP.
- Project management certifications such as Prince2 or PMI.
- Several years of experience in managing complex IT implementation projects, or contribute significant involvement in at least two to three international rollout initiatives.
- Degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience working with international teams and external implementation partners.
- Open, reliable, and communicative approach, combined with strong intercultural awareness and a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
