We are currently in the initial stages of a strategic, large-scale implementation of SAP S/4HANA (ERP execution system) and OMP (advanced planning system) across our Diagnostics manufacturing sites. A core success factor for this dual implementation is the accurate design, cleanup, and synchronization of manufacturing master data across both platforms. Given the complexity and scope, we are assembling a specialized subteam to ensure successful delivery of this initiative.
This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and optimization of manufacturing master data in both SAP and OMP systems. The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of technical expertise in SAP modules and OMP, along with strong coordination and communication capabilities to support global stakeholders.
responsibilities :
Support the design, migration, and maintenance of manufacturing master data in SAP S/4HANA and OMP.
Configure and optimize the OMP system (including Customer Layer and Download Configurator).
Ensure seamless integration between OMP and SAP modules (BW, PP, MM, SD).
Monitor and maintain OMP system health, including Dispatcher operations and job scheduling.
Manage user access and system housekeeping in alignment with CIDM standards.
Act as a subject matter expert in OMP-SAP integration, including development with ABAP (BAPIs, Function Modules).
Coordinate with external vendors for SaaS support and ticket resolution.
Collaborate with business users and act as a design authority for master data-related processes.
Provide hands-on technical support and training across different time zones (EU/US).
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience working with OMP in implementation or administrative roles.
Proven experience with OMP configuration and customization.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP functional modules (BW, PP, MM, SD) and their integration with OMP.
Experience with OMP system monitoring, user access management, and CIDM integration.
ABAP development experience for custom OMP-SAP integrations.
Ability to analyze business requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to work across EU and US time zones as required.
