Job Description

• Shape the future of Bosch ERP systems by maximizing AI usage for developers, IT experts, and end‑users of our SAP solutions. Become part of the joint AI program of Bosch and SAP and enable Bosch to realize concrete business benefits with SAP AI.
• Consult IT and business stakeholders on how to leverage SAP AI technology, showcase potential benefits, prerequisites, and costs, and drive a Bosch‑wide marketing campaign in close collaboration with SAP.
• Lead the workstream for enabling & marketing of SAP AI, collaborating closely with our strategic S/4HANA projects, business, and IT teams to ensure the right competencies to master AI challenges.
• Perform global communication across multiple channels, prepare reusable enablement and marketing materials, showcases, demonstrators, and facilitate discovery workshops, internal customer events, and collaboration with distributed teams of experts.

Qualifications

• Education: Successfully completed a degree (Bachelor’s / Master’s or equivalent) in computer science with an AI focus or a similar field.
• Experience: Extensive practical experience in IT projects and proven experience in AI projects, machine learning, GenAI, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP applications.
• Skills: Relevant AI or SAP certifications, excellent presentation skills, experience in organizing events.
• Personality and Working Style: Enjoy working in a team, foster collaboration, communicate clearly and persuasively at management level, remain composed in challenging situations.
• Languages: Fluent English required, German beneficial.
