We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Engineer to develop, customize, and optimize SAP applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ABAP programming, SAP system enhancements, and technical problem-solving. You will work closely with functional teams, support business processes, and ensure high-quality SAP solutions. Additionally, you will be contributing to ensuring knowledge transfer from the client team and contributing to a knowledge database, keeping it properly updated for the new team.
responsibilities :
Develop, enhance, and optimize SAP applications using ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS views, AMDP, and OData Services
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
Implement user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements to extend SAP standard functionality
Work on SAP S/4HANA development, ensuring smooth system performance and integration
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of SAP programs
Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
Support knowledge transfer from the client team, documenting key technical information
Maintain and update the team’s knowledge database, ensuring accurate and structured documentation
Ensure coding best practices and participate in code reviews
Stay up to date with SAP technologies and development trends
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
Strong knowledge of ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services
Familiarity with SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and their integration
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA development and migration projects
Experience with SAP enhancement frameworks (user exits, BAPIs, BADIs)
Ability to document and transfer knowledge effectively to ensure a smooth transition for new team members
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
English proficiency at a B2+ level
