Job Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms within SAP HR systems and HR cloud integrations.
Conducting testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation of ABAP programs and cloud integration solutions.
Optimising existing programs and integrations to enhance performance and efficiency.
Creating technical documentation, program code, and user manuals to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and maintain accurate records of implemented solutions.
Supporting end users by resolving issues related to ABAP programs and interfaces.
Collaborating with functional consultants to analyse requirements and design technical solutions using ABAP.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical experts, and project managers, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Partnering with the SAP Basis team to manage system configuration and optimise performance.
Minimum Requirements:
A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ABAP developer, with strong SAP systems knowledge and expertise in ABAP programming and integration technologies.
Proficiency in developing ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Experience working with SAP modules such as HR, and the ability to create solutions in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Strong problem-solving and code analysis skills, including debugging and resolving issues in ABAP and cloud integrations.
Familiarity with SAP development tools like ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, and Web Dynpro.
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, such as IDocs, BAPI, and RFC.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
A continuous learning mindset and strong English communication skills.
