SAP ABAP Developer – 100% Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions within SAP systems. The role is fully remote (from Poland) and is based on a B2B collaboration model.

Tasks

• Designing, developing, and optimizing enhancements and modifications in SAP systems using ABAP.
• Collaborating with functional consultants to tailor SAP systems to business needs.
• Analyzing user requirements and implementing technical solutions.
• Optimizing ABAP code for performance.
• Participating in implementation, migration, and maintenance projects.
• Creating technical documentation.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues reported by users.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABAP programming.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, PP) and their integrations.
• Experience with SAP enhancement frameworks (Enhancement Framework, BAdI, User Exits).
• Knowledge of SAP technologies such as SmartForms, SAP Scripts, ALV, IDOC, BAPI, RFC.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP HANA (ABAP CDS, AMDP).
• Familiarity with transport tools and debugging.
• Fluency in Polish at B2+ level – must have.
• Good command of English (min. B2).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a team.
