Sanitary Works Manager (HVAC) Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all sanitary, gas, water, and HVAC works on site. Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with construction managers, planners, and other discipline managers to meet project milestones. Review and monitor activities of the Design Office to ensure constructability, compliance with codes, and alignment with project scope. Coordinate with Contract Engineers on technical queries, variations, and claims related to sanitary and HVAC systems. Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation. Provide technical input for design changes, value engineering, and problem-solving during construction. Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas, offshore, and international standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO, project-specific specs). Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site. Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of works, inspections, and approvals. Act as the main technical reference for sanitary, gas, water, and HVAC systems. Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and classification authorities as required. Prepare progress reports and contribute to project meetings and technical reviews. Our requirements Master’s degree in environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering. Required building licenses in the installation (sanitary) specialty (for engineering design and construction). Minimum 6 years of professional experience in sanitary and HVAC works. Proven experience in Oil & Gas/offshore construction projects is mandatory. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. Strong technical knowledge of sanitary, gas, water, and HVAC systems. Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Who we are We are a joint consortium of experienced international and Polish engineering and construction firms—GAP Insaat Yatirim ve Dis Ticaret A.Ş., Fabe Polska Sp. z o.o., and Unitek Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.—working together as the general contractor for the offshore component of the strategic FSRU Terminal Program in the Gulf of Gdańsk. Our consortium brings together global expertise in marine and infrastructure construction with strong local execution capabilities on major infrastructure projects. We are responsible for the detailed design, delivery of equipment, and construction of the offshore infrastructure for the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) terminal in the Gulf of Gdańsk. This includes building the jetty and associated facilities needed to operate the FSRU, as well as the offshore pipeline connecting the terminal to the national transmission system—a project of strategic importance for energy security in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe.
