S&OP Forecasting Team Manager

Your responsibilities

Lead and manage the Forecast Analyst team, ensuring accurate forecasting and continuous improvement.
Facilitate and drive the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, ensuring effective collaboration across key stakeholders.
Ensure sales forecasts are captured, challenged, and aligned with sales representatives, finance, insights, and marketing teams.
Oversee forecast accuracy reporting and supply chain KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Own and enhance data sources and reporting tools to drive scalability and meet evolving business needs.

Our requirements

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, or a relevant field.
Strong analytical capabilities, with an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales strategies, pricing, volumes, and cost structures.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a large, complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding and developing teams.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to present insights to senior leaders.
Highly proactive and results-driven, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise
