Responsibilities
- Implementation of the companys financial policies
- Participate in the full accounting of the company
- Maintaining accounting records and reconciling them with general ledger accounts
- Accounting and calculation of provisions, revenues, foreign currency valuations, accruals, etc.
- Comprehensive handling of accounting projects for Polish and foreign clients
- Participation in the preparation of tax returns CIT, VAT
- Performing the task in the month-end closing process (general ledger, fixed assets, warehouse ledger, cost accounting and accruals)
- Reporting to external institutions according to deadlines (GUS, NBP, US)
- Cooperation with the human resources and payroll department
- Reconciliation of transactions and balances
- Participation in the audit service process
- Analyzing applicable regulations, sharing knowledge in this area with colleagues
- Implementing new system solutions
Requirements
- A degree in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of Enova and Optima software is welcome
- min. 2 years of professional experience in the accounting department
- Practical knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations
- Good and practical knowledge of Excel
- Independence, conscientiousness, reliability, accuracy, analytical skills
- Responsibility and independence in the performance of assigned tasks
- Knowledge of the principles of accounting for international transactions
- Good communication skills in English (B2/C1)
