We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Functional Analyst who will be working closely with BPX Key Customers in the Revenue Growth Management area as a key expert of Solution, assuring the best end-to-end experience and service delivery.

Your key role will be to configure systems based on customer needs, leading the deployments of RGM applications, making sure that projects are done in scope and accurately. You will work closely with Project Management to control budget and timeframe and with Functional Lead to understand configuration needs.

TPM Planning Digital Product Manager

In this role you will:

1. Be responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements towards TPM solution.
2. Be responsible for Salesforce CG Cloud TPM solution configuration.
3. Present Salesforce TPM configuration options to solve business requirements.
4. Understand and configure data flows within the TPM ecosystem: Salesforce TPM, SAP ERP, Demand Planning, Reporting.
5. Work directly with product managers, product owners, and business users to test and accept solution configurations.
6. Collaborate with user experience designers on UX/UI configuration of Salesforce TPM platform.
7. Gather user feedback on solution design and configuration.
8. Work within a multinational environment supporting global transformation programs across geographies.

Experience/Requirements:

1. 3 years of Salesforce CG Cloud experience – Salesforce TPM preferably, other acceptable – Retail Execution or Sales Cloud CRM.
2. Integration/data flow design.
3. UX/UI configuration.
4. Experience working with sales and trade management users and stakeholders.
5. Experience working in large-scale programs/transformations and multicultural environments.
