Our customer is software development company based in Dublin, Ireland, specializes in performance management tools designed. The core technology focus is within the Salesforce Ecosystem, serving customers across EMEA, ASIAPAC & the AMERICAS.
responsibilities :
Working directly for the CEO, your role will have full technical responsibility for the SaaS/AI Product suite and the product development team.
Ensuring technical quality and design principles are followed.
Being fully accountable for product release schedules, including quality assurance.
Creating technical product documentation, where required.
Contributing to pre-sales engagements from a technical perspective, when required.
Considering and providing solutions to technical challenges, as they arise.
Identifying risks & issues and the management of same throughout the product release lifecycle.
Establish appropriate compliance standards for the company.
Monitoring and assisting delivery of development tasks [20% of our time should include hands-on coding.
requirements-expected :
5+ years knowledge and experience of working with Salesforce.com technologies.
Demonstrable technical understanding and knowledge appropriate to the role.
A strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals.
Experience with Amazon Web Services desirable but not essential.
Comfortable with external customer engagements.
Strong team-player skills.
Product Company experience highly desirable.
Proven management skills.
