responsibilities :
Provide leadership and direction to a team of developers, consultants and technical professionals, driving the technical vision for integrating systems, ensuring data integrity, and creating scalable solutions
Design and develop the core architecture for complex solutions
Develop and maintain architecture designs that serve as references for test cases, training materials, and documentation
Advise on best practices for Salesforce architecture and ensure adherence to out-of-the-box functionality
Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to ensure IT strategies are aligned with the organizations mission and accurately reflect stakeholders needs
Educate and advocate for the adoption of new frameworks and best practices within technology departments, promoting innovative solution designs that meet business objectives
Analyze technological trends and explore innovative solutions to enhance system architecture for continuous improvement
Oversee and manage technological risks, make informed decisions in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure smooth translation of design concepts into operational IT solutions
Continuously deliver enhancements, perform system maintenance, and provide optimization and refactoring support
requirements-expected :
Proficient experience in Salesforce technical and solution architecture
Proven track record of leading large technical teams and successfully delivering complex projects in telecommunications or similar domains
Strong expertise in designing integrations between Salesforce and other platforms
Knowledge and experience in process transformation and improvement
Extensive experience and expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularly with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, understanding capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Billing, Subscription Management, and Contracts
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot platform limitations and translate business needs into viable technical solutions
Ability to remain poised and focused under tight deadlines, exhibiting a stress-resistant and proactive approach
Strong communication skills in both English (B2+), capable of effectively interacting with different managerial levels, development teams, and other stakeholders
