As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with the Portfolio Leader in your respective industry, contributing to presales efforts, solution design, and technology selection. You will leverage your industry expertise to drive high-level business solutions and guide technology choices that align with company goals. This is a customer-facing role that requires 15-20% travel to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in conducting business analysis, vendor selection, and recommending technological solutions within the selected industry;
- Prior experience in presales or solution architecture roles;
- Deep understanding of how Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) can be leveraged to address business challenges specific to CPG, Manufacturing, or Healthcare/Insurance;
- General understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and their application to business problems;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex business concepts to stakeholders;
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, engaging with technical and business leaders;
- Willingness to travel 15-20% for client engagements.
- Salesforce certifications or experience with Salesforce implementation projects;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Conduct high-level analysis on which technologies are best suited for solving specific business challenges in the assigned industry;
- Provide advisory services to clients on business architecture strategy and Salesforce integration, focusing on maximizing business outcomes;
- Engage with clients directly, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable architectural strategies;
- Travel 15-20% of the time to meet with clients, conduct workshops, and present solutions.
