responsibilities :
Full responsibility for the design and delivery of product solutions
Work with business stakeholders and users to understand and anticipate needs, and provide updates
Coordinate with other product owners, architects and developers, and define the product vision and roadmap
Translate business requirements into product requirements and user stories, ensuring they are refined and correctly assigned
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, set sprint goals, and plan stories/features for sprints/releases
Organize and manage agile rituals
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and provide input for end-user training materials
Establish and improve product governance and compliance, and drive Customer Competence Center transformation to enhance service metrics
requirements-expected :
Completed Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology
At least 5 years of experience as Product Owner/Project Manager
Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Service Cloud (Salesforce certifications are an asset)
Proven experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum, and Customer Service Management
Fluency and effective communication in English
Strong ability to involve and motivate people from different areas of the organization, outstanding communication skills, very good ability to think abstractly and analytically
Experience in global stakeholder management
Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter focused on identifying opportunities and building necessary bridges to make it happen
