Salesforce Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Lead medium and large Salesforce projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring KPIs
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Conduct steering committees and present to C-level executives
• Work with data and prepare detailed project reports
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Challenge both team and client assumptions to maximize business value
• Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities

Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in CRM implementation projects (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Experience leading 10+ projects (medium multi-month implementations or several large projects)
• Salesforce configuration experience or deep understanding of the platform's business capabilities
• Ability to explain the Salesforce release process and knowledge of core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira
• Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C-level
• Fluent Polish and English (written & spoken)
• Results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach
• Fluent German or French
• Agile/Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM)
• Process visualization skills (whiteboarding, BPMN tools)
