Job Description

• Manage and oversee the development of Salesforce platforms to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise platform requirements.
• Define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Work closely with technology teams to support the implementation of platform enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide training and support to users of the Salesforce platform.
• Prepare detailed reports and analytics to support business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in managing Salesforce platforms
• Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in analysing and interpreting technical data to inform decisions.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Ability to define product roadmaps and manage product lifecycles effectively.
• Knowledge of industry compliance and regulatory standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
