Salesforce/NetSuite Engineering Manager, Commercial Systems

Role Summary

This position involves accountability for the design and development of an internal product, leading a team of software engineers, developing the skills of direct reports, seeking improvements to processes and solutions, and building an understanding of business needs to deliver the most impact.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative narrative.
• Track record of exceeding expectations to deliver outstanding results.
• Experience with software development in Salesforce, NetSuite, or another CRM/ERP system.
• Proficient written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
• Result‑oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.

Nice‑to‑have skills

• Experience in accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
• Performance engineering experience.
