responsibilities :
Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
Collaborate with Product Owners and scrum teams to define and guide solution architecture decisions
Lead cross-functional discussions on technical and business challenges in Marketing Operations
Document solution architecture with precision, including data models, code samples, diagrams, and flowcharts
Define and promote architecture strategies, processes, and methodologies across teams
Work with scrum teams to implement, test, and validate solutions according to QA standards
Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with stakeholders across the organization
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and contribute to continuous improvement
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript)
Strong understanding of data architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and integration tools (MC Connector)
Business process knowledge in sales and marketing
Higher education (preferably in Computer Science or IT)
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Very good command of English, enabling work in an international environment
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
