Your tasks

• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and scrum teams to define and guide solution architecture decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional discussions on technical and business challenges in Marketing Operations.
• Document solution architecture with precision, including data models, code samples, diagrams, and flowcharts.
• Define and promote architecture strategies, processes, and methodologies across teams.
• Work with scrum teams to implement, test, and validate solutions according to QA standards.
• Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with stakeholders across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and integration tools (MC Connector).
• Business process knowledge in sales and marketing.
• Higher education (preferably in Computer Science or IT).
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Very good command of English, enabling work in an international environment.
• Fluent Polish required.
• Residing in Poland required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSJS, Salesforce Data Cloud, Interaction Studio.
