Project scope:

• Lead SFMC development efforts across Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and CloudPages
• coach and support junior developers, helping to resolve technical blockers and promote growth
• Drive timelines and delivery in an agile environment, coordinating across technical and business teams
• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans and clear communications for stakeholders
• Provide documentation, visual diagrams, and concise updates on progress, issues, and solutions

Your Profile:

• Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills

• Able to guide both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity

• Comfortable working with Scrum methodologies and agile project management

• Skilled at coaching others and fostering team development

Technical Requirements:

Marketing Cloud Expertise:

• Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, CloudPages

Coding Skills:

• HTML (including email layout with tables)

• CSS

• AMPscript

• Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)

• SQL

Nice to Have:

• Experience with frontend frameworks

• Involvement in greenfield SFMC implementations

• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud data models

• Experience implementing MobileStudio or WhatsApp messaging solutions
