responsibilities :
Design and automate integrated marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Automation Studio and Data Extensions) to boost customer engagement.
Improve and scale campaign development processes by leveraging data insights and platform capabilities.
Provide expert guidance to internal teams on best practices and advanced SFMC functionalities.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and functional documentation in collaboration with IT teams.
Build and maintain Marketing Cloud assets: interactive emails, templates, customer journeys, and CloudPages using HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and platform tools.
Manage data flows and system integrations, ensuring stability and functionality (SQL, Apex, Visualforce).
requirements-expected :
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and AMPscript.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL; additional skills in JavaScript, APIs, and Salesforce Data Cloud are a plus.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-driven, curious, and eager to learn new tools. Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
