Salesforce Lead Generation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Leverage your network within the Salesforce community to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, social media) tailored to different Salesforce products and services.
- Utilize lead-generation and sales automation tools to scale outreach and track engagement.
- Maintain and enrich data within CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting of activities and pipeline health.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product releases, trends, and community events to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent our brand professionally in online communities, groups, forums, and industry events.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce product stack (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Platform, etc.).
- Active network and relationships within the Salesforce community (e.g. Trailblazers, user groups, partner ecosystems, events).
- Familiarity with modern lead-gen tools and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Outreach, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
