THE WORK

• Programming on the Salesforce platform, embracing challenges as opportunities to enhance backend, frontend, or fullstack capabilities.
• Support the development team, dedicated to ongoing improvement and collaborative growth.
• Work with an architect to prepare solution concepts, proactive in skill enhancement and innovation.
• Assist the Product Owner/Analyst in defining requirements, motivated to embrace new opportunities.
• Committed to constant progress, continuously develop competences and stay enthusiastic about professional growth.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform (preferably supported by certificates or an extensive profile on Trailhead).
• 2 + years of experience as a Lead Developer in implementing Salesforce-based projects (or other complex projects).
• Experience designing and documenting business processes using Jira/Confluence or related.
• Knowledge of necessary tools and methodologies: GIT, VSCode, Intelij, Scrum, etc.
• Good knowledge of English.

• Certificates;
• Knowledge of CI/CD issues.
