Responsibilities:

1. Perform technical configuration tasks within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud implementation for NHBC.
2. Actively participate in scrum meetings to provide support and updates on project progress.
3. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs encountered during the implementation process.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including configuration workbooks and installation guides.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects, specifically in Service Cloud.
2. At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
3. Proficiency in technical configuration within the Salesforce platform. (Development knowledge is not required)
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Will be a plus:

1. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
