Functional Consultant - Salesforce Financial Services
Our Retail Customer Engagement Tribe is seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join us and help implementing Operative CRM on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have as extensive knowledge of Salesforces suite of products and services as well as experience in the Retail Banking (branches and call centre in particular).

Requirements:
- Experience in a functional consulting role, with a focus on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is advantage)
- Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of Retail banking
- Strong understanding of Salesforces suite of products and services, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Agile mindset and be familiar with agile way of work
- English language on an advance level
- Role is based in Poland, we are currently not supporting visa/work permit and relocation
