✅ Your responsibilities:

• Configure and integrate Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and lead workshops.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrations with MuleSoft, CTA, VRA, and Amazon Connect.
• Ensure high-quality mobile solutions, including offline functionality.

Our requirements:

• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud.
• Experience with integrations, especially using MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with CTA, Virtual Remote Assistant (VRA), and Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of the Field Service mobile app, including offline features.
• Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
• Optional: Experience with Einstein Copilot for Field Service and Service Cloud.
