Join us as a Salesforce Developer on a medical technology project for our US-based client. With a global presence in more than 190 countries, the client is dedicated to serving healthcare institutions, life science researchers, clinical laboratories, industry, and the public. The company specializes in providing a wide range of medical supplies, devices, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic products. We are looking for a candidate with at least 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development and programming experience. Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Your Role

1. Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high quality, scalability, and security.
2. Collaborating with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems across the organization, utilizing Salesforce APIs for seamless data exchange.
3. Providing technical leadership in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, conducting peer reviews, and offering guidance to ensure best practices and adherence to coding standards.
4. Supporting production teams by resolving break-fix issues on time, leveraging hands-on configuration, development, and testing throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting technical designs and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while actively contributing to the Salesforce community and staying updated on industry trends.

Your Skills

1. Proficiency in Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript.
2. Possession of Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce data migration tools and DevOps processes.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. CPQ experience is a plus.
