What youll do

1. Develop custom applications and features in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
2. Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas.
3. Integrate Salesforce with other applications and third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware.
4. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytic tools.
5. Perform data migration and data integration tasks.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code and applications.
7. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
8. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
9. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
10. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and product offerings.

Who You Are

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
3. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
5. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and web services.
6. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
7. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
8. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
11. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
12. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
13. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
14. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
