Technologies-expected : Salesforce Java Java Script CSS Git technologies-optional : Jenkins about-project : Join one of our Service2 Retention teams enhancing Service solutions in Salesforce responsibilities : Support business requirements analysis and provide technical recommendations to the team, architects and product owners Implement user stories in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (Classic and LEX) Write and update platform documentation and conduct stakeholder trainings and demos Contribute to a self-organizing and autonomous team You will develop our CRM service system based on the Salesforce platform in a cross-country and cross-branded environment requirements-expected : Experience with Salesforce development (ideally with appropriate certification) Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service, APEX, LWC, Visual Force Pages, SFDC DX, workflows and SOQL Experience with Lightning, Lightning Components and Web services, like REST & SOAP, JSON & XML.
