Tasks:

1. Develop solutions deployed to various Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud and help to achieve the business goals.
2. Work in a team-centric environment where a culture of innovation allows your input and ideas to become part of the solution.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on a backlog of project and maintenance work.
4. Develop a plan for delivering on commitments, and then execute on those plans following agile methodologies.
5. Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
6. Facilitate, research, model, and define requirements.
7. Share information and learnings while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Great knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and frameworks.
2. Hands-on experience in one or many of the following areas/clouds - Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud (B2B Commerce).
3. Familiar with using Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
4. Proficient with writing HTML and CSS to customize the solution according to the Company’s design system if needed.
5. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, such as Flow Builder.
6. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
