Your role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions built on the Salesforce platform. Your role will have a direct impact on the stability and quality of client-facing applications, with a strong focus on Service Cloud, integrations, and platform automation. You will support business teams by transforming requirements into scalable, maintainable features aligned with Salesforce best practices while ensuring high code quality and operational continuity.
Your project
You will join a project supporting a largescale Salesforce environment with a strong focus on Service Cloud processes and multisystem integrations. The team operates in a dynamic setup, ensuring continuous delivery, handling incidents, and maintaining platform stability within defined SLAs.
responsibilities :
Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) and participating in code reviews and ensuring high code quality.
Working with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (nice to have), and CRM Analytics.
Implementing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
Analyzing business requirements and delivering solutions aligned with Salesforce standards and collaborating closely with analysts, testers, and the project team.
Optimizing existing functionalities and automated processes.
Handling incidents and problem tickets.
Working in shifts (08:00–20:00) and participating in on‑call duties.
Performing on‑site work from Gdańsk / Wrocław office, 5 days per week.
requirements-expected :
2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong knowledge of Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics as an advantage.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins or similar).
Ability to work in Agiledriven projects.
Communicative English skills.
Possession of a valid certificate of no criminal record.
