Project scope:

• Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows
• Creating, updating and maintaining Salesforce Flows, both independently and with guidance from senior team members
• Working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud to deliver business value
• Writing efficient SOQL queries and performing DML operations
• Supporting debugging, troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing solutions
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, peer code reviews, and collaborative design sessions
• Supporting QA activities, including assisting with testing and validation
• Actively learning Salesforce best practices and growing under mentorship
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

We look for candidates who

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Practical experience with:
• Apex classes and triggers
• SOQL and DML operations
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration concepts
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certificate - mandatory

Development practices

• Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Ability to follow coding standards and actively participate in peer reviews
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
• Openness to support QA testing and knowledge-sharing activities

DevOps & deployment

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket
• Basic understanding of Salesforce deployment tools:
• Change Sets
• ANT Migration Tool
• SFDX CLI

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce bots or MIAW
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence or Google Docs
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
• Interest in learning DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
• Willingness to mentor interns or further support QA testing efforts
