We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ / RCA Specialist to join the Enterprise Applications team. Your focus will be on optimizing the quote-to-cash and revenue recognition processes across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RightRev.
The role is configuration-first, but with room for Apex and declarative development where needed. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure the platform is scalable, compliant, and efficient.
responsibilities :
Own and execute all configuration and development work across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RightRev.
Extend platform functionality using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and other declarative/custom tools when configuration alone is insufficient.
Troubleshoot issues, manage UAT, prepare and maintain documentation, and support end-user adoption.
Oversee deployments, version control, and change management for CPQ/RCA/RightRev environments.
Act as the subject matter expert, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to translate business needs into scalable configurations or development enhancements.
requirements-expected :
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or RCA.
Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue recognition workflows.
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist required.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus, or equivalent experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and Flow.
Knowledge of ASC 606 accounting principles is an advantage.
