We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will focus on configuring, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions to meet complex business needs. You will work closely with clients, lead CPQ deployments, and ensure the integration of best practices across all projects.

Business Requirements: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business needs for Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Implementation: Lead Salesforce CPQ configuration.
Process Optimization: Use Salesforce tools like Flows, Price Rules to streamline and automate business processes.
Best Practices: Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through implementation and post-deployment support.
Training & Adoption: Provide training to ensure high adoption rates and effective use of Salesforce CPQ.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical and business documentation.
Stay Updated: Continuously learn and apply the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends, including related tools like DocuSign and Conga.

Salesforce Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Sales Cloud.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
Hands-On Experience: Proven track record of configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce automation tools (Flows) and complex CPQ configurations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering solutions on time and within scope.
