What we achieve together

• You will join our Service2Retention team enhancing service solutions for Vaillant Group in Salesforce
• Design and implement solutions together with the IT teams, customers and product owners in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (Classic and LEX)
• Write and update platform documentation and conduct user trainings and demos
• Manage stakeholder requirements and expectations by project management
• Contribute to a self-organizing and autonomous team

What makes us successful together

• Experience in designing Salesforce or service processes. Ideally, you designed and implemented such solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service
• Experience with different types of service processes, such as orders, contracts, call center, invoicing, etc.
• Fluent English as you will be working in an international environment
• You are a team player and round off your profile with strong communication skills combined with a high degree of initiative and motivation
• Willingness to learn and constantly develop professional and personal skills
