Maandag® Poland (previously Whoohoo Poland) is based in Wroclaw and we mainly focus on providing IT talents and building IT nearshoring teams in Poland for companies all over the world. Our English/German speaking IT developers support our clients remotely in the scope of backend, frontend, testing and mobile. We are part of the Dutch company Maandag®, with 4,000 employees and a network of 48 offices located in the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium and Sweden.

This role is hybrid (3 days in our Wroclaw office)

Responsibilities

• Further developing and maintaining our Salesforce-based software
• Performing technical analyses and providing solutions for functional requirements
• Integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, including Business Central and maandag.com
• Testing and implementing new features and updates in the Salesforce environment
• Providing technical support and guiding users in using Salesforce applications
• Proactively improving existing systems and processes

Who are we looking for

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in developing on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on the low-code side by making smart use of the platform’s features
• Experience with building flows
• Ability to quickly understand and work with an existing solution
• Problem‑solving mindset, where challenges outside your immediate expertise drive you to dig in and find solutions
• Experience with Salesforce inbound and outbound integrations
• Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and energized by rolling up your sleeves together with your team
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• English and Polish C1
