Your new role
As an AMS Salesforce Consultant (Service-to-Retention), you will:
Oversee international service processes within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring system stability and seamless support for global teams.
Manage and monitor incident, change, and problem management activities, driving timely resolution and ongoing service improvements.
Design and coordinate professional application support, collaborating closely with stakeholders, local teams, and offshore partners.
Support release rollouts and continuous deployment initiatives, including delivering engaging training sessions in Salesforce and ServiceNow.
Contribute to agile, self-organizing teams focused on high product quality and reliable system performance.
Continuously develop your technical, professional, and interpersonal skills to stay ahead in a dynamic environment.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Practical experience in IT consulting or service management, ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud and Field Service.
Understanding of customer service processes and their translation into digital solutions.
Knowledge of ITIL processes is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, openness, and the ability to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
Fluency in English.
