As a Salesforce Consultant at Sollers, you will play a vital role in advising and guiding our insurance and financial clients through their Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with clients to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects with some of the leading financial institutions across France, Europe and entire world.
responsibilities :
Support sales activities and participate in delivery of projects in various roles.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions in the insurance and finance sectors.
Be a part of consulting team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
Coordinate larger, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area.
Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members.
Act as a team leader, Product Owner, a Scrum Master or business architect as needed by the project.
Supervise analytical works across multiple teams on a project.
Build lasting relationships with the clients’ key personnel and leadership.
Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Provide leadership on Salesforce best practices and drive adoption among client teams.
Support B2B sales activities.
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce systems implementation, preferably working as a Salesforce Consultant, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud and Insurance.
At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment.
Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business models.
Proficiency in designing solutions built on the Salesforce Platform (multiple clouds).
Experience in recommending and delivering solutions to the enterprise clients.
Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least C1).
Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis .
