Your new role 

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will join the Service2Retention team and play a key role in designing and implementing service solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service (Classic and LEX), and Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with IT teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions. Your responsibilities will include platform configuration, documentation, user training, and project coordination. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing service or sales processes, ideally within Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service
• Strong understanding of service workflows such as orders, contracts, call center operations, and invoicing
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) and integration with ERP systems
• Experience working in agile, self-organizing teams
• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Fluent English; Polish or German is a plus
