Salesforce Business Consultant

Your responsibilities

• Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
• Participation in projects implementation including analysis stage, training, and launching of the system to clients
• Designing system functionalities according to business requirements
• Implementing business requirements with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities and configuration features of Salesforce platform
• Analysis of the business environment and customer needs
• Preparation of proof of concept solutions and project documentation
• Creating and conducting presentations
• Conducting training for the client's team
• Cooperation with the client's project team
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with clients mostly in DACH region but we work globally so you will have opportunity to work with diverse clients
• Working on multiple, mid-sized projects for clients from various industries

Our requirements

• Experience in delivering commercial CRM projects
• Experience in performing business analysis on CRM implementation projects
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
• Desire to develop in IT Consulting business
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in team environment
• Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist)
• Fluent English
• Fluent German
