We are looking for an experienced professional for our client who can combine business analysis with advanced technical expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. If you’re well-versed in Quote-to-Cash processes and working with Agile methodologies is second nature to you—this is the project for you!

What we expect

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including Agile frameworks and backlog management.
• Technical Foundation: Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules, specifically Salesforce CPQ. Experience with Conga CPQ is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story development with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Salesforce solutions, including configuration and process automation.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, regression testing methodologiesand defect resolution processes
• Understanding of data flows, business rules, and process mapping to ensure transparency andeffective system design.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in IT governance and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, provide updates, and facilitate discussions among stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, additional languages are an asset

Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Conga CPQ Certification is preferred
Optionally Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP certification or equivalent

Your tasks

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Product Owners(POs), and Champions to gather, triage, document and refine business requirements.
• Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, structured userstories with well-defined acceptance criteria, while revisiting and refining requirements and userstories as new information emerges, working iteratively with stakeholders to maintain anaccurate backlog.
• Iterative Backlog Management: Continuously update and refine requirements as new insightsemerge, ensuring backlog accuracy.
• Feasibility Assessment: Work in collaboration with Solution Architects to validate the feasibilityof requested functionality and provide high-level effort estimates
• Salesforce Functional Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of relevant Salesforce modules and propose optimal configurations to meet business needs.
• Process & Data Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business rules, data flows,and system configurations to ensure transparency and facilitate future knowledge transfer.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Preparation & Support: Develop and maintain UAT test scriptsthat validate new functionalities and incorporate regression testing points to ensure systemstability and continuity. Optionally support during UAT execution.
• Testing & Defect Resolution Support: Assist Test Managers and Delivery Teams by clarifyingtequirements, reviewing test cases, and aiding in defect triaging to ensure accurateinterpretation of needs.
• Training & Knowledge Documentation: Prepare global training materials that reflect bothbusiness and technical context of the delivered capabilities in coordination with Comms, Change& Training team.
• Technology Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices todrive system improvements.
