Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining functional documentation.
- Daily work with the creation of user stories and their refinement.
- Working with the business to gather requirements and translate them into solutions in Salesforce.
- Preparing functional designs for new functionalities.
- Supporting the development team in the implementation of solutions.
- Participation in workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.
- Basic support in testing of prepared solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce-based projects.
- Good knowledge of Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
- Ability to gather requirements, create documentation and estimate analytical work.
- Practical knowledge of UML/BPMN notation or other business process modeling methods.
- Experience in conducting customer workshops and working with stakeholders.
- Self‑reliance, good work organization and ability to operate without detailed guidance.
- Communication skills and ease of finding oneself in a large team.
- Knowledge of the English language to the extent that you can communicate freely in business - min. B2.
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language.
