We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working within the Salesforce ecosystem. Join our Salesforce team of specialists in an exciting project within the automotive sector, where you will support a diverse range of product teams.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives on taking ownership of tasks, driving key topics, and working collaboratively with business stakeholders, key users, developers, and architects.

Your tasks

• Working with business stakeholders to deliver on a backlog of a stable team following agile methodologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Evaluating the impact of new requirements keeping in mind Salesforce functionality and best practices
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Assisting in creating reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation

Wymagania:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand enterprise problems and goals
• Experience in gathering requirements from business stakeholders
• Familiarity with one or more of the following Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud (B2B Commerce)
• Previous work with the Agile framework, including writing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
