Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Architect data models, custom objects, workflows, and processes in Salesforce.
• Create solution architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Configure Salesforce features, including user management, security settings, and data access.
• Develop custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (such as Google API) and web services.
• Collaborate with integration teams to define integration requirements and protocols.
• Implement bi-directional data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.
• Develop custom integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration patterns.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integrity between Salesforce and other systems.
• Create test plans and execute comprehensive testing of Salesforce solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure system stability.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Identify and resolve bugs, issues, and bottlenecks in the Salesforce implementation.
• Optimize Salesforce performance by analyzing system usage, data volume, and query performance.
• Implement best practices to enhance system scalability and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any performance-related issues.
• Conduct periodic system audits and recommend improvements to maintain optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team and conduct training sessions.
• Document system architecture, data models, and integration designs.
• Create user guides and provide support to end-users and administrators.
• Monitor and maintain the overall health and stability of the Salesforce system.
• Handle user support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as data backups and security updates.
• Coordinate with Salesforce support for issue escalation and resolution.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions
• Experience using Google API
• Experience with AWS Data Lake
• Experience with Salesforce Mobile app.
• Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
