In cooperation with Service Delivery Manager lead technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives,
Address and solve technical challenges including architecture design and system performance,
Lead technical SWAT team to resolve complex issues and Major incidents, including root cause analysis and improvement plan preparation,
Support of platform upgrades (Salesforce Major Release) including analysis of changes, development and configuration,
Documentation creation and update,
Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team,
Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance our Salesforce ecosystems functionality and efficiency,
Collaborate with Clients and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
requirements-expected :
Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, with the ability to write efficient, scalable code, and creating technical documentation,
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud,
Proficiency in advanced Salesforce data modeling, management, and security best practices, Proficiency in implementing and managing Salesforce integrations, with a solid understanding of various integration patterns and platforms,
Experience with Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), including configuration of industry-specific components (e.g., EPC/CPQ), versioning and deployability best practices, and performance tuning in managed services environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Salesforce, using tools like Copado, Jenkins, or Gearset,
Experience using Salesforce monitoring and debugging tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability,
Proven track record in managed services or IT support projects in an international environment, including incident, problem, and change management,
Experience in leading and mentoring the technical team, supervising the progress of works and taking responsibility for the quality of the entire solution provided,
Advanced written and spoken English.
