responsibilities :
Analyze business requirements and align them with Salesforce functionalities
Design technical solutions in compliance with Salesforce best practices
Lead the development of IT solutions on the Force.com platform, ensuring the use of design patterns and native Salesforce features
Deliver presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and implemented solutions
Apply innovative strategies to address common project challenges
Develop and maintain tools and accelerators for future project implementations
requirements-expected :
Over 8 years of experience in IT commercial projects across various roles.
More than 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
In-depth understanding of business processes in the banking and/or insurance sectors.
Extensive technical expertise, particularly in system architecture.
Proven experience in leading implementation teams.
Solid understanding of system integration.
Innovative mindset, constantly seeking new solutions.
Proactive, self-driven approach to work.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
