• Experience with integrating CTA (Certified Technical Architect) and VRA (Virtual Remote Assistant).
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect integration.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce mobile Field Service application, including offline capabilities.
• Proficient in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Ability to gather business requirements and lead client workshops.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
