On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Analystto support and enhance their Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce applications while providing day-to-day support and identifying areas for improvement.
This role involves close collaboration with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the platform meets business requirements, resolves technical issues, and drives platform adoption through training and documentation. The Application Analyst will play a key role in analyzing the impact of changes, testing new features, and supporting system upgrades.
Oczekujemy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in technology solution development or configuration.
- Knowledge of IT processes, including user requirements gathering, incident management, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with the ability to communicate technical topics clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Adaptability to changing needs and circumstances, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and related technologies (e.g., Tableau, Apttus, Mulesoft).
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and prior experience in similar roles (e.g., business analyst or quality analyst).
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Knowledge of healthcare data interfaces (e.g., HL7) and systems such as OnBase or Epic.
- Background in molecular biology, genomics, or personalized medicine.
- Experience in a global organization with stakeholders across time zones.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in languages such as French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Japanese.

Zadania
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce applications.
- Provide Level 2-3 production support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and regular status updates.
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams to deliver platform improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct impact assessments for requested changes, prioritize tasks, and provide recommendations.
- Oversee testing and ensure readiness for deployment of new developments into production.
- Develop an understanding of business workflows to identify and implement technology improvements.
- Create and maintain system documentation and end-user training materials.
- Support end-user adoption of new functionalities through training sessions and direct assistance.
- Monitor project and issue statuses, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure alignment with quality management policies and procedures.
