Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our talented team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, along with experience in working with Agentforce or similar AI-powered tools within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Agentforce and other Salesforce technologies.
2. Implement AI-driven automation solutions across various business functions, including sales, service, and marketing.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI agents to streamline business processes.
4. Ensure integration of Salesforce tools with other enterprise systems, optimizing data flow and automation.
5. Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of Agentforce-driven applications.
6. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed systems.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
2. Proven experience with Agentforce or similar AI-driven automation tools.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce components such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder.
4. Strong understanding of automation and AI concepts in business environments.
5. Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and integration best practices.
6. Knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning is a plus.
7. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
8. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams remotely.
