Tiugo’s Revenue Operations team seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own Salesforce orgs for two of our four brands—CKSource and Uploadcare. The position involves launching a new Salesforce instance in 2025 while assuming ownership of an existing, highly customized Salesforce environment. Key duties include optimizing human process and system workflows, resolving technical debt, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring consistency with cross-portfolio standards. Given the substantial impact on company-wide objectives, a methodical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach is essential to achieving alignment with the other Tiugo brands.
responsibilities :
CK/Uploadcare Salesforce Org Management
Serve as the primary administrator for the CK/Uploadcare Salesforce orgs, overseeing the full lead-to-cash process
Address technical debt from recent transformations, and execute iterative improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability
Administer users, permission sets, profiles, and related security configurations
Flow and Automation
Design, develop, and refine Flows and automations to meet evolving business requirements
Collaborate with the RevOps Systems Director to ensure solutions align with organizational standards
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance/Ops stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of enhancements
Present proposed solutions and updates to the RevOps Systems Director for review and approval
Collaborate with RevOps colleagues to ensure that solutions and updates are inline with established standards at other brands
Ongoing Support and Enhancements
Provide daily support, troubleshoot issues, and identify potential improvements
Ensure system health and data accuracy through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
Maintain comprehensive documentation of key processes, configurations, and decisions
Contribute to training initiatives for junior team members and stakeholders as needed
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in complex, customized environments
Advanced expertise in Flow design, automation, and Salesforce best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
Familiarity with lead-to-cash processes and relevant integrations
Demonstrated success in a remote, structured work environment
